Carry out cleaning of surfaces of acrylic products once a week using only liquid agents designated for the maintenance of sanitary items. Do not use any substances containing fine particles. If deposits adhering to the surface are created e.g. as a result of calciferous water, use standard warmed 8% vinegar for their removal.

Prevent the product surface from coming into contact with concentrated acids, alkalis and volatile substances. Dyes and concentrated fragrant bath essences should also not come into contact with acrylic materials. If minor surface damage (scores, scratches) is caused during handling or use, grind the damaged areas with emery paper. Then rectify the traces resulting from grinding of the damaged place using fine emery paper with a grain size of 800 or higher. Polish the resulting matte surface to the initial gloss using polishing agents and a soft cloth. We recommend using polishing agents such as automotive or metal polish. A better polishing effect can be achieved using a sanding disk mounted on a drill.

If deep damage to the acrylic is caused (e.g. in the case of an object falling into the bath), it is necessary to use special correction cement. You can ask the closest service centre for repair or order cement from the production factory. We recommend contacting a service centre or the manufacturer before any work is carried out on the product.

Carry out maintenance of the hydro-massage systems once a month using the agents recommended by the manufacturer: VITAPUR or HG Hagesan; do not use aggressive chemical agents. Pour 0.5 – 1 dl of the solution in warm water after bathing and let the hydro-massage system run for 20 minutes. Discharge water and repeat the cycle with water only.

Carry out maintenance of shower hydro-massage boxes in accordance with the above mentioned instructions. Let the door open after use of the system in order to allow quicker drying of the box. If opening and shutting of the sliding doors becomes more difficult after a certain period, lubricate the wheels and the sections with medical Vaseline. Clean the door panelling with a standard glass cleaner. Remove limescale deposits on the components with chromium surface finish using a cleaner designated for this purpose. We recommend using Hagesan – foam limescale remover. Instructions for application are attached to the product. If your water is very hard and you have to clean and maintain the system frequently, it is advisable to install high-quality water treatment units that are to be incorporated into the main supply line. These filters save time, labour and money.
